Neck pain & headaches

Long days at a desk, poor posture and stress can all take their toll on your neck — and bring on tension headaches.

From a stiff neck to a clearer head

Neck pain and tension headaches often go hand in hand. Modern life – hours at a screen, looking down at a phone, carrying stress in the shoulders – can leave the neck tight, sore and restricted.

Chiropractic care may help with neck pain and headaches that arise from the joints and muscles of the neck and upper back. We’ll assess you and explain whether we can help.

Chiropractic may be able to help such things as:

  • Neck stiffness or restricted movement
  • Aching across the shoulders and upper back or between the shoulder blades
  • Recurring tension-type headaches
  • Neck and shoulder related pins and needles and nausea
  • Discomfort linked to desk work, your posture in your workstation or in life in general
